Relentless Melt Redux II presents short excerpts of animations made by undergraduate students in Max Hattler’s class SM2717 Abstract and Experimental Animation. All films were produced ‘at home’ under Zoom online teaching conditions during Hong Kong’s Covid-induced semi-lockdown. Many of the animations are collaborations with London-based music producer Lux Prima, while one works with the track Strix Aluco by Anglo-Danish electronica duo Isan.
