Abstract
Selection is an act, and experience is an evidence to create a unique journey. After I encountered failure in my study life, I discovered that there is no so-called “standard” life track. I learned from the experience and made next selection without regret.
The project is inspired by the presentation of Netflix’s choose-your-own-adventure series, which allows viewers choose how events unfold. I combine several motion comics, mini 2D/3D games and interactive multimedia for players to enjoy their own track without using any game handle. They can play again to have different adventures.
Description
The project contains five episodes of motion comics and four mini games, two are 2D games and two are 3D games. I used motion comic to point out five episodes that often happen daily. Player could choose to help or not to help. There was no right or wrong, good or bad in the option. What matters was what was chosen. The options could lead to undesirable results that player might have different disabilities and play the related mini game. Depending on the result of the mini game, player might regain the control of his body. Finally, he would reach a relative ending.
