Abstract

Someone is watching is a puzzle game. In 20XX, with the development of technology, human memory becomes monitorable. After a car accident, the heroine suffers brain damage and falls into a vegetative state. The protagonist is forced to access her past memories to find clues.
窺視者是一款解謎遊戲。在20XX年，隨著科技發展，人類的記憶變得可供監控。一場車禍過後，女主人公大腦受損，陷入昏迷，而主角被迫進入她的記憶中尋找線索。

Description

Someone is watching is a puzzle game. In 20XX, with the development of technology, human memory becomes monitorable. After a car accident, the heroine suffers brain damage and falls into a vegetative state. The protagonist is forced to access her past memories to find clues.
Someone is watching is a surreal puzzle solving game where you must explore the pieces of memories and escape from a chamber. As memory becomes accessible for storage, appropriation, retrieval, reading, it becomes closer to a kind of data, the world is going through massive changes. The game will focus on issues such as personal privacy, artificial intelligence, and cyborg.
某人正在觀看的是一個超現實的解謎游戲，你必須探索記憶的碎片，並逃離密室。當內存變得可以被儲存、佔有、檢索、讀取時，它變得更接近一種數據，世界正在經歷巨大的變化。該遊戲將專注於個人隱私、人工智能和電子人等問題。

Artist Statement

In a world of technological advancement, surveillance is pervasive and hidden cameras functioned as human eyes. With the increasing convenience of technology, the risk of leakage of personal privacy rises. From real world to virtual world, we have been using electronic devices for surveillance. In our project, we try to construct an dystopia worldview that can monitor human consciousness, dreams, where human memories become the main subject of surveillance.
在科技高速發展的世界，監控無處不在，隱藏的相機成為了人類的另一雙眼睛。隨著技術的日益便利，個人隱私泄露的風險隨之而來。從現實世界到虛擬數據，我們一直在使用電子設備進行監控。在我們的項目中，我們嘗試構造一種可以監視人類意識，夢境的反烏托邦世界觀，其中人類的記憶成為被監視的主體。
